Hi leena_21, hard to say why not....seems to work ok on the most of them, try downloading the file again.......sometimes the file can get corrupted on the way down! It should work fine with your make of phone.....but its just possible its not compatible with all versions of series 40 phones. Let me know what mesage your getting.....if the new download doesnt work!
