if it's for FP2 only why the hell does it show for my N82!!

Are you sure that you're useing the correct version of the theme, because this version on Zedge is only for S60 v3 Feature pack 2 devices (as I noticed above), but E51 is running S60 v3 Feature Pack 1. This two platform having some big differences around themes. So you should download the "S60v3" version from my website: http://axthemes.extra.hu/cubestract_s60.html

I don't think that the signal/battery indication and the digiclock should be changed.
