1) Download an icon pack that u like (google it) and copy the icon u chose (or all of them) onto your cell. (i would put it in phone memory) 2) highlight (dont select) one of the 5 shortcut icons u want to change -> More -> Edit -> Browse for Icon -> Tadaaaa!
Changing the icons in the menu is a LOT more difficult. Message me if you want to know how.
