why when i install the theme and the main menu layout doesn't change..??

very good theme .. can you make it without the walkman-sign at the bottom middle .. !? Then it would be perfect .. because as a w995 theme it works very good .. only the walkman-sign is disturbing because at w995 at the bottom middle there's a writing "Menu" ..
