Hi cummo2, well you need to learn how to use Flash CS4 or similar, have/find a script for a swf clock and know a little about how it works (look for clock tutorials). The clock is built up from many parts, 1st i make the background graphic, then i make a clock face the right color for the scheme, then i make the hands ( a seconds , minutes & hours hand) and then a center piece to make it look a little tidy. These i usually make in Photoshop CS4 or Fireworks CS4. These are saved as transparent png's. Then all thrown together in Flash CS4 and then brought to life by throwing the clock script in. Easy peasy ;) This will make more sense when you find a tutorial of course. I use the S40 Theme Studio 2.2 this gives you the choice to add backgrounds to most screens. Hope this helps a little
