Hi Tanzilla....normally you get a USB cable and some software with your phone........or you can take your memory card out of your phone and put into your pc's slots if you have them there.....or you get a friend with all the right stuff to download and get them to send it to you....there are a few ways....good luck

Hmmmm, I use a few different programs, Photoshop CS3, Fireworks CS3, JASC Animation shop, Sony Ericsson's Theme Creator, Poser 7, Carrara etc... to name a few. Studied up on all the programs and of course having lots of spare time helps
