that the cause, you made it with presets of 3250..in carbide..
and off course 3250 is s60 3rd not as same as operating system of n70

THIS THEME IS FOR N73 (S60 3rd) NOT FOR N70 (S60 2rd)...in my n70 doesn't work too >
