Motorola mobile phone tools v3.25b - sony ericsson

I bought this program from Motorola but i was told the OEM version doesn't support any other phone bar the Motorola ones but i paid 20 quid for mine so i assume it's not OEM so my question is, Can i use the Motorola Mobile Phone tools to send things to a K700i if i got one? (using the USB data cable)
