Since this post is really long, I have a few ringtones that people may want, like Kid Cudi - feat Lady GaGa, Lupe Fiasco, some No Doubt and many more. Some are posted on my page but message me for a full list and I'll hook you up. If I don't have it most likely I can make it.

about the private ringtone

When I upload a ringtone they get pulled down after awhile citing "intellectual property infringement"

Pulled (downed) Ringtones

Alright, I don't get it. I've made a few ringtones using a ringtone making software and some are quite good. But then when I upload then after awhile a zedge moderator takes them down quoting "intellectual copy infringement". What the hell! Nearly all of the ringtones (especially in the hip hop section) have the lyrics and lists the artists in the song. Especially "Best I Ever Had" by Drake and "Kiss Me Through the Phone" - By Soulja boy. Which they gave awards to the zedger who posted each one and the tones are downloaded more than 10,000 times.

Do I have to upload them a certain way? Put a disclaimer in the ringtone? I think the community is missing out on the tones I got because when I do a search for them there are none that are like mine.

Any thoughts?
