hi , actually i have a problem , when i insert a dvd or cd anything , i hear the reader readin n , when i wanna see
whats in it , it appears empty , like there is nothing , n i try the updates n some stuff but i dnt know

hi , i appreciate ur helps .
i have many problems but let s fix those things first , actually i have 2 problems right now :

1- when i try to download smtng ,i click on download to pc , then the whole page is being black
and a window appear but it doesnt read , i tried all the browsers , mozilla, ie , opera , max , ....... .

2- is when i try to be a pro i register my info in the first step , but when i click on ok, i dnt remember the icon name , then the browser stop , like a virus or smtng bad , n all the window block .

i do need help guys ,
