theme download problem

hye...
i'm using the nokia 6280...
normally i will transfer the file using miniSD memory card..
so my problem now is i cannot download the theme to my PC...
what is the problem??
it just download the 1kb icon of the theme...
is there any software that i need to install before download the theme...
please help me man....
i really getting bored with my standard stupid nokia theme...
i wanna put some fancy on it...
