hi there i just read ur comment in my stuff it easy actually all u need to have is windows movie maker and microsoft office picture manager
1. save the screenshoot for any theme that u wish to make 2. go to windows movie maker and import the pic into it 3. play the pic and snap when it shows the screenshoot and menu 4. save it 5. go to microsoft office picture manager and import the pic (or u can directly open the pic that u save before by right click at it and open with) 6. go to edit pictures and choose the resize features 7. then just resize it to whatever size u want 8. save it or just replace the previous pic 9. now u can upload it into zedge

it easy actually
