ive got 5130,N73 music and 5800,I rate n73 ME as best (loud sound),All models are exceptionally awesome20.07.10, 23:48 
Well there is nothing wrong with ur phone
the solution are as follows
1.These applications are either corrupt or not made for ur cell
2.Most S40 mobiles do these often restarting thing itself its normal,other that that ur phone memory must be full try deleting some data
3.It must be the battery that it takes long to restart,Try changing it,or might be the charging capacitor
4.When u format ur cell or flash it through any software even from Nokia Care if u didnt make a backup of ur files it surely will never work again.
According to me these are not problems but unexperienced counters i wudnt rate ur given problems as problems
other than that if ur experienced u can use a software to flash it ur self all u need is the firmware file and flashign software,
My best frnd has the same mobile model he never reported a problem
Other than this a well expert comment can be given by looking at the phone,No need to keep flashing it
