The iPhone will have the better battery life, for the rest of it they are about the same. You will find similar apps on both devices, but the IOS apps usually look better. Android may be more powerful than IOS, only a crazy person would consider Android friendlier. I've owned both Android and IOS, and I love them both.
Nokia has well made hardware with great specs. The hardware while well made looks old and outdated and the software is crap. Nokia may be the world leader in phone sales but that is not because of there smartphones, they are a seller of feature phones and d**b phones.
I use either mobile Safari on the iPhone or Dolphin HD on my Nexus One. I will never understand the love you all have for Opera, a second tier browser at best.
It depends on what you are looking for in a phone. The Android os is more open and you have more choice in hardware but the iPhone has a way more polished os, superior apps and a really nice camera app. I prefer the iPhone but at the moment I'm using a Nexus One and not hating it.
