animated themes... doesnt work

Your phone is fine, the problem is you haven't downloaded supported flash version themes.You may select your phone model (top right corner of this site) and download some themes.Should work.
PS: I own a 5310 Xpress Music too, and animated themes are working fine.

Menu icons for nokia s40...pls help..

Download any S40 Series Theme, rename it from .nth to .zip and open it with Winrar, after that, you may extract the theme resource files to a specified folder and use the desired icons.

how to make a wallpaper clock..?????

To place a working clock,date,calendar,signal or battery display, you need to make it animated.You do that with "Macromedia Flash8"..google it for some "animated clock flash tutorials"...I did the same...But, first of all..make sure your phone supports .swf files as wallpaper...and if it does, check out the manufacturer site and take a look at flash support info.My Nokia 6300 has FlashLite 2.0 support, so..when you are saving the .swf file, make sure to select the supported flash version.I hope this was helpfull to you.
