when you buy the pone it should come with a cd rom use that and install it coz i was having problems with my phone trying to get my music and videos to work but couldnt coz i didnt install the sofwere see you have to use the nokia music all you do is make a play list then huck up your phone to your pc then pick the music transfure button then you click and drag to what looks like a cellphone under the computer symble on nokia music then wait till its finshd and your dun lol
