i guess u need help for the 2 screenshots we need to upload...rite???
when u create ur theme....hit the print screen button.......open paint and press ctrl + v..... edit the image using any image editor.....

if any difficulty 2 make screen shot in pc, then i told u the simplest way is use screen shot application . but in this way u need 2 installed the theme first on ur phone ..............
