just download a software named photoscape. when u make any theme u will see a preview in right hand side. now install software and open it u will see the option of screen capture,click on it than a box is open and u can see option of capture region and capture the area of preview & save it.
now edit the screenshort in Microsoft office picture manager now go options as following
{ edit picture< crop<set pixel as ur phone resolution<ok< save }
now ur screen short are ready now upload n enjoy..........

if there isnt any option to generate screen shots.....u can use paint...
print screen option....
