how i can upload Desktop Screenshot

plz help me i have made so many themes for nokia 6300 and other nokia 40 (series) but i cant understand how can i upload the desktop screenshot and Menu Screenshot with there icons, i have loaded the same picture in both but zedge have delect my themes and some it dont accept and say error Desktop and Menu Screenshot dont matchs plz plz help me i will be very thankfull to u and ur help

the only way to fix this problem u have to restart u phone i mean to format ur phone and memory card once u have format all the virus will be delected now ask how u will format ur phone just dail *#7370# it ask u to restore all ur setting press yes then it will be start restoring plz remember that all ur data i mean ring tone, wallpaper, picture, themes, contacts will be delected so u have to 1st save all the data in ur PC and save ur contacts in ur sim card then scan ur data with any any anit virus softwear in ur PC then u will never get virus alert again
