Like all the other said, you will have to de-brand your phone. I have the same phone with same color and I tried to get rid of too but i did not know how. I wanted to de-brand my phone (also known as flashing) but i didn't know how to, so I just left it as it is. If you want to de-brand your phone make sure you get and export because you could burn your phones computer chip and you need a special usb port in order to perform the de-branding. So make sure you get and export that has experience in these kind of things and that has de-branded a phone in such before or they might screw everything up and you will have to throw away your phone. Hope this helped!

I'll try and see if anyone can unlock for me and i tried converting the mp3's to amr but the problem is when i convert them, the ring tone or what ever it is that i am converting has this weird airing in the background and it doesn't sound good and I tried some of the best converters

Hi everyone, i have a SE W810i and when ever i download ring tones onto my phone it says that it cannot set that file as a ring tone and its an mp3 file so my phone only excepts amr files or midi files so can someone tell me what i can do so that my phone would except mp3 files please?

Hey everybody,
I have never flashed a phone before and I read all about it and i understood it all and I have all the files I need,
but my problem is that when I try using XS++ and try to connect my phone it tells me what to do and I do exactly what they are telling me to do but when ever I do that its tells me the following:

15:27:47| TURN OFF PHONE!
15:27:47| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
15:27:47| You have 30 seconds...
15:27:47|
15:28:18| Error: Cannot open phone communication port
15:28:20| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

So I don't know what the problem is , so can any one PLEASE help me, that would be much appreciated
