If you have a Samsung Instinct phone and are having problems with ringtones, I can help you, because I had the same problem. You need to download ringtones from Zedge and then upload them to this http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/index.php and then it will send it to your phone for free. But make sure that you have a unlimited data plan from Sprint otherwise it will cost you per download. This is what my friend said to do for my problem and it worked. Otherwise you will have to buy ringtones from Sprint and they are $2.50 EACH!
