My name is pat b im 23. I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet and rigorous exercise regime. In the morning if my face is a little puffy ill put an ice pack on it, while i get to my stomach crunches... i can do a thousand now. You should always use an aftershave with little or no alchol as alchol drys out ur skin and makes u look older.There is an idea of a pat b, something allusioury, but there is no real me .... i am simply not there.
