heres the way:
sign out to ur YM.. in the system tray below right click the icon of ur ym --> <--like this icon... then click exit... afterwards... refresh the desktop by pressing F5... then proceed to signing in to ur YM... see if you can see already the message.....
hope it helps... if that virus .exe of a YM application is your probz....
