I think they cannot be compared. Both shows were created for different viewers in terms of age. Of course, there are silly scenes that might make you think it is just for one type of viewer, but the truth is that Naruto was for instance created for school kids & Bleach for a high school audience. However, Naruto contains a feature that Bleach does not have, and that is the evolution and progress of the main character followed by the kids who were watching it, in other words, "age change" in the characters is actually a hand-to-hand feature that makes the kids follow the story & it also makes the way for older guys to watch it as well. In Bleach, ages do not change at all, so that means that in this case, the focus is on the whole evolution of the story not the characters. The real family show relies on Naruto, consequently, the show with more audience.
