Q:how to make flash themes for SE w595?

good day everybody,
i have reviewed almost everything that had been written on zedge about flashing phones...
we have here a lot of talented people in theme making..
so..
may i request that you explain how to make flash themes for sony ericsson phones step by step..and illustrated if possible?
and if using ready flash, or another program other than se theme creator to make these themes,,,from where we can get it ?
