Unlocked fido ringtone problem

as Lickavik said, fido and rogers won't allow you to use mp3's as ringtones, unless you bought your phone internationally and factory unlocked. instead i would convert the file from MP3 to WAV with a program like Audacity and this SHOULD WORK. i've only tried this on SE phones btw. not sure if it will work with your LG Neon.

3M was so confident that they even encouraged people to try break the glass and said they could keep the money it they could break it open. i heard some guy drove his car into it but still didn't break the glass. eventually some guy discovered it was locked on the bottom and he just broke the lock open and took the money but a security guard watching didn't let him keep the money.

try deleting your browser cookies and temp internet files, there could be something blocking it.

use a program such as "audacity" or "total video converter" to convert the mp3 file to a WAV file.
this usually works on se phones locked by the provider.
WAV files are most of the time able to be set as ringtones on locked SE phones.
