First of all you should have made a back up of your phone before you started trying to Mod it. Since you did not the only option left is to re-flash it or take it to Motorola and let them re-flash it. If you want to do it yourself you will need several programs, a Monster pack that Exactly matches your phone model, version and type. You can find most of the needed items online, You could ask Rey619.. he is probably the best Motorola v360 Modder around. I am sure he could lend a hand.

The single best source for that information is www.modmymoto.com they have an entire section devoted to the v3i. I am sure they can direct you and even help you Mod your v3i.

It depends, but usually yes you can. Who is your network (they tend to store the files differently).

Some SD cards are not compatible. I have found that Sandisk cards always work with no trouble. You could try reformating your card with your computer (you will need a card reader or a computer that accepts memory cards via a slot), make sure you select quick format and DO NOT allow system files.

1. There is a way to increase the amount of songs you can play however it requires you to do some serious modding to your phone. Removing RSA, Installing a new version of iTunes that has been "cracked" and a few other steps. It is not something i suggest for people who have never Modded their phone as it can render your phone unworking. If you want to learn ho head on over to modmymoto. They have a section dedicated to modding the v3i
2. You can add the DAP (digatial audio player) which has no limit, however this too requires you to mod your phone.
In short, it can be done but you have to hack your phone to do it.

First question - Did you attempt to Mod your phone in anyway. The most common audio problems come from deleting items off your phone.
If you have not done any Mods.. then try a master reset or master clear.
