does anyone have a good home screen that works in 176x220
The cab file is an archive file, you need to run the .cab file with your file manager and it will install the theme for you.

1. Use SkinMan to add skins NOT P2k commander2. Make sure the skin you use is designed for your phone, not all skins work
3. Remove the skin you added, obviously it is not designed for your phone
4. Motorola P2K phones cant get a virus

Download SkinMan, connect your phone to your computer, use SkinMan to upload the base skin (you can find all the original skins at modmymoto.com) after you upload the skin use SkinMan to select the skin and restart.. you should be fine from then on.

With the settings I directed you to you should have no lagging. I have several movies on my v3t (AVP2 for examp-le) and they play perfectly.

1. First problem is you are using Xilisoft, its not the best choice for video converting, SUPER is much much better.
