1. What is your phone model?
2. make sure you are creating, downloading screensavers / wallpapers / themes that are specifically designed for you phone. The screen size (example 176x220 or 320x240) needs to match the wallpaper / screensaver you are downloading.
3. Not all themese are able to work on all phones. Make sure your phone supports adding new themes.
