they will only work if your phone supports themes you might need a usb cord to transfer themes to your phone you can pick one up where you bought your phone.

what i do is just put the album art on the mp3 here this is what i use --- http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/mp3_tools/mp3tag.cfm/v2_42
p.s. you will have to find the album art on the internet which isn't hard at all and make sure the art isn't to large or it won't work,
just find the mp3's you want album art on and when you find them and they show on the mp3 tag screen
click on the mp3 then right click the box in the lower left hand corner and click add cover find your folder with the album art in it and click ok then click the save button in the upper left hand corner it seems hard but it's pretty simple.
