when i was still studying, i told myself that the best way to serve my country is staying here and working here, probably brainwashed by my humanities II teacher who is a self-proclaimed nationalist.
however, upon graduation, you get to see and experience the real world, was able to land as a corplan analyst and wow, those chinese introduced me to what "tighting belts" really meant. helped them progress but they did not help me. Now, i am working for a US-based company.
the problem really is that our country cannot provide the competitive advantage other countries can give. all we have here are challenges, and that's it. you present solutions but others do not help you. look at the khaos stuff....
to answer the forum, if you encounter dilemnas in the future, look at it at the practical side, or else, you can always quote ate shawie, "follow your heart"
