The theme or wappaper's author appears in the same pae as the item you are viewing. Go to his/her profile and send him/her a private message or ask in his/her guestbook.
Never use anone else's work without permission.
i think that this is fair,because some of the wallpapers are actually made by the users, and by made i mean drawn, or else, and not just croped from other works...and it`s not fair to not have a respect for others work. if u are so lazy to ask for a permission, at least name the autor of the wallpaper in your description of the theme...
i have noticed that some people use other member`s most high rated wallpapers to make themes,to score some points. i don`t find that fair...
think that with colaboration, we can make awesome things!
