Unique wallpaper problem

Hi guyz,I am surviving a very different problem that i think no one ever survived.Whenever I upload wallpaper in bollywood category without,any reason it becomes adult content i.e. becomes visible only when family filter is off.though there is nothing explicit in those images as you can check yourselves.please guys help as soon as possible please!!
