Cant Connect to Zedge wap

I have SE K700i & a Hutch connection in Mumbai.I cant connect to zedge wap.I have tried Http://wap.zedge.net but it always says "Access denied.Check ur settings."

Does any1 know if Hutch is blocking Zedge?if ther some other way around it?PLs help!!!
