Yes, Nokia 6280 doesn't support flash lite.
You can check your nokia device specification and other nokia phones at http://www.forum.nokia.com/devices/matrix_s40_1.html.

Some of nokia phones support flash lite are 6233 (flash lite 1.1), 5200, 5300, 6300 (flash lite 2.0), 5310, 6310, 6500 (flash lite 2.1) and many nokia latest phones produced Q4 2006 and above (I can't tell one by one).
