First of all, you have to update your Symbian OS version. If the problem still persists, then your phone is infected by some kind of trojan or virus.
Symbian Does not get infected by Trojan Viruses
It can be infected. In case, your phone can loose full battery within half of a time.
in case u loose ur battery within that much time it signals that ur battery life has expired not affected by any virus.
