I tried to download the myphoneexplorer 1.6.6 , but when I download it is says that there was a problem with the download and the phone is not recognized by the program. The program will say connected and what not but I can not surf my phone via the program. Also, what does the software do for my phone, and don't say update your software. I mean what are the benefits? Also, what are some good programs to place on my PC to assist in keeping my phone in tip top techno shape?

I have been trying all night long to put mp3 style ring tones on my phone and for some reason I can no. Can someone Tell me what I need to down load and walk me through, STEP-BY-STEP,please. I have reached the point to were I would love to break my phone.
