The last one when i'm over my head in some situations. and yes you will be over your head in some situations, as many heads are better than one.
but i think the last one is better but they are situations when you have to apply and the Coercive one... you are right they are wrong and they don't see that. but binded whit some Affiliative leader stile because they will undermine you if you are too Coercive.
