06.09.12, 07:01A firmware update seems to have rendered the point moot. I can now set a static 480x800 wallpaper aswell as a scrolling 960x800 wallpaper. now i just need to get zedge to return both sizes in a search for galaxy s2 wallpaper.
14.03.12, 05:20Even when trying to be polite you just can't help yourself. No "sorry I didn't understand and had I known I may have been nicer about it" no " sometimes I type without proofreading and don't realize how what I say is offensive" No, instead you just have another swipe without being the slightest bit helpful. For-shame Just_Sky, for-shame.
14.03.12, 04:45Yep, just as I thought, Just_Sky's advice, besides being inherently antisocial, was a complete waste of time. None of those phones returned 480x800 wallpaper searches. Perhaps someone else can help?
14.03.12, 04:34A list of resolutions does not answer my question as the phone I am using does not return 480x800 wallpapers in searches and its resolution is 480x800. So you can see how I might need better info than just the screen resolution. Now maybe I can do some trial and error testing each one in the list you provided but I was hoping someone could just help me without being snarky. You are what's wrong with the internet.

14.03.12, 01:38I wish to browse for wallpapers for my Galaxy S2 lock screen and as such need 480x800 wallpapers but Zedge only offer 960x800 when I set my device to the Galaxy S2. What device can I set so as to get 480x800 wallpapers?
07.03.12, 06:07But not the lock screen wallpapers. So in effect the Galaxy S2 has two resolution wallpapers which is what I want to download and upload.
07.03.12, 05:26Why is it that Samsung Galaxy S2 wallpapers are 960x800? I try and upload the wallpapers I made which are 480x800, which is the Galaxy's resolution, and it tells me minimum is 960x800. This makes absolutely zero sense to me. Can someone explain so I understand?
