How to make clock themes for 6233?

How can I create clocks to add to the themes I make, knowing that 6233 only supports flashlite 1.1 no higher versions

I downloaded nokia series 40 theme studio from nokia forum by a little help of someone but now I want to download the equivalent pro for S60 from nokia forum but each time I visit the site I get lost, it's so big and I don't know where to go. can you help me with that

I want a theme with a clear analogue clock for 6600. I want the backgrounds not to busy, something the icons look clearly in.
you pick the stuff but I want it classy, elegant, cool.....
