you will need to either have ringtones on your computer already, or use myxer.com if you already have ringtones on your computer, you will need to upload it and either send it to yourself via SMS or send yourself a "jump code" and point your phones browser in the right direction. you can do that by going here http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/. select your phone as the samsung upstage, upload your mp3 to this site, then send to phone... Try to change your settings like this follow Menu > Installations > App. Mgr. > Options > Software Installation > All . If that doesn't work also try this Set online certificates to OFF, then if it still does not work, try setting your date a year or two back,install, then just configure to current date again.Hope it will help

Hi friend try this with your phone to set a wallpapers. Long-press on image in browser > view image > menu button > more > set as. Or if that don't work try this then 1. Put your G1's memory card in an adapter and then into a computer
2. Save the picture into the file for 'Camera' and 'thumbnails'
3. Reinsert the memory card into phone, go to your pictures. And then try the first thing i say for you to do. Hope it helps

Hi bro i will try to help you. Listen try this. When you transfer music files to the fone, use LG Suite and make sure you convert them to Mp3 files. Wma files or others seem to lock the ringtone/message alert to volume setting 1. Mp3's work fine. Or you can turn up the incoming call and sms sound by clicking arrow buttons on the left side of the phone or by edditing a profile. Make sure you press save once you have changed the setting. Hope that helps.
