Themes end up Missing

i really need help bout this. i already upload many themes and it ends up missing at the end of the day. it doesn't even last for 1 day. as far as i'm concern, i use the right name, the right tag and the right screen shot. for example, my theme name is "hope". the tag, "bboy, break dance, hip hop, dance". and of course i'm using the same pic for my screen shot. Furthermore, some people here have download it too. But then it's still missing not long after that. what make it worse when i'm upload 4 themes at that day and all the theme missing at the end of the day. so, please tell me what i'm doing wrong and what i've to do to make it stay long and do not missing anymore. I'm really going crazy if this thing continue happen to me.

p/s: i don't have any problems when upload my videos and wallpapers.
