Stolen Cellphone...Sony Ericsson K810i

Hi everybody i just wantted to say My cellphone got stolen i had a Sony Ericsson K810i. I have to tell you it was the most awesome phone. I just loved it. And especially mixed with Zedge it was even more cool. I am going to miss it. Hey by the does any one have an idea if a stolen cellphone can be tracked in Pakistan it's where i live and my mobile got stolen. would really appreciate the help.
