You dont have to make a new folder...just let the ringtone in the music folder and when you click on it just set it as ringtone for calls or messages.

He doesn´t have the time to create a tutorial about how he made it, when he´s gonna have the time he will post it.It is created with CS2, you can make it with any version of photoshop. You can google how to make menu, button, etc, from photoshop. That will help you to learn more or you can search videos on youtube aswell which explain how to make it.
