Try this one.Open your image file in Adobe Photoshop.
Press c i.e. Crop. Then just below the menu bar in the two boxes, write 192 in both boxes.
Then crop your image.
After that right click on the title bar of you image window then go to image size or just go to edit > image size.
Then resize your image to a height and width into 192 pixel both.
Then save your file. And then upload that image as your avatar.
Try this. And give your feedbacks.
