I always resize pictures to suitable dimensions before I try to upload them,that's why I'm sure that's not the problem.

I would like to know why I can't upload any pictures.I've uploaded 93 pictures so far,but since 2 or 3 weeks ago,I can't.I browse pictures from my computer,go to UPLOAD AND CONTINUE,but I can't go any further and I'm being brought back to the beginning everytime.I first thought it has something to do with copyright,but I've noticed that other users are being uploading those same pictures without problems.I even tried to upload from my sister's account,on this same PC,and nothing.Help me,please,I would really like to know the anwer.
