Using a memory card of more dn 512mb may cause such probs..Try to empty up ur memory crd n phone memory...Hope that wrks..Cheers

unlocking memory card

There is no way to recover the lost password..It can b recovered only if u can bring back the password in your memory...Else format ur memory card to unlock it..I faced the same problem once..N after trying a lot i finally had to format it..
