Problems with uploading!!

I have uploaded theme and it works...but I can`t see it in my profile page. I click on "show all themes" but I can`t find it.
Well, I tried again and upload same theme once again...but same problem...I can`t see them...My Profile page shows 38 themes but I can see only 36 themes...last two are missing? What `s happened?
