Remember in the early episodes of shippuuden when team Kakashi was sent to rescue Gaara, Jiraiya said only twice he comes so close with death.
First when Tsunade beat him up.
And the second time is when Naruto's Fox Demon Cloack appear with only 4 tail.
The Legendary Sanin is no match for Naruto, so Sasuke is defenetly will loose.
Not necessarily... Naruto doesn't want to use Kyuubi's power, so I doubt that he'll use it against Sasuke. Still, he can go into the Sage mode now, so that should give him a fighting chance. I think they both have equal chance of winning, but Naruto will probably win in the end, since he's the main character...
