Fake Call in Samsung star3 duos

In Samsung star3 duos there is a option called
"FAKE CALL" in call settings... Whats d use of that thing...?

You can simulate an incoming call when you want to get out of meetings or unwanted conversations.

To activate the fake call feature:
In Menu mode, select Settings > Call > Fake call > Fake call hot key.

To make a fake call:
Press and hold the Volume key down.
